 Good inexpensive case but not durable at all Mar 01, 2010

I bought two of these cases, red and pink, one for me and one for my wife about a year ago. The case was exactly what we were looking for as far as type of material, it is a polycarbonate not that grip stuff that seems to collect lint and everything else on it. The first thing we noticed about these cases is they didn't quite fit right. They fit around our iPhones, yes, but one side left a small gap as if it had been warped. This did NOT affect functionality but did allow dirt, dust and other junk to accumulate between the case and the back of the iPhone which would need to be cleaned out periodically in order not to scratch up the back. After having them for about 6 months the corner of my wife's case chipped off and soon after so did mine. Another side piece soon broke off mine as well and not even from dropping it. So I'll say this item is okay since it is inexpensive but probably won't last more than 6 months without cracking or breaking even if you don't drop it.

This case is cute and gets many compliments. It has a good texture that has prevented me from dropping iPhone on several occasions, but lack of dropping is about the extent of the cover protecting the phone. By this I mean the phone is still getting dinged up and scratched around the sides. If you are looking to make iPhone cuter and easier to handle then I recommend it. If you are looking to preserve the new shiny I suggest you keep looking.

I purchased this case for my son's iPhone 2G. We chose it to improve the "gripability" of his phone. The case has held up to the abuse of a middle schooler.
It's a good case at an excellent value. It fits my son's first generation iPhone like a glove. I highly recommend this product. At the price, buy several to color coordinate!

This case is great. It protects the back of the phone. Some people will cry and complain that this case doesnt protect the i-phones screen. However, iphone screen is scratch-resistant and therefore you wont need to protect the front.
The material is very unique. It doesnt attract lint and it feels like very hard and thick candle wax and yet, it doesnt wear out.
Its also very stylish and looks like a phone skin, which will turn heads as well. This is definitely money well spent. Koreans sure know how to make cases!
