If you want a robo-phone, this case isn't for you. If you want a slender case that does not drastically alter the size, shape, and feel of your iPhone then elago is a good option. I've dropped mine multiple times unfortunately and the case has done its job. Love this case. Only reason it doesn't get a five is b/c it will crack and need to be replaced after about 6 months. I'm fine with that though.

This is a nice, stylish case. It won't prevent shock damage from drops but it should keep the sides and back of your iPhone free from scratches. I was pretty excited to see that this case came with a universal dock adapter. This was the main reason I went with the Elago S2 over other options.
And this is also where Elago has failed.
The adapter fits into the universal dock...unfortunately, there is no retaining clip to keep it there. So it just pops out as soon as you let go of it.
I have an iHome iP9BR Clock Radio for iPod, iPhone (Black) and though it came with a few different universal adapters, none would fit an iPhone that had a case around it. That's why the Elago looked to be right up my alley. The case seems nice for what it is but the adapter needs some work.

Best cases I have used. Not for those looking for a bounce it off the floor protection but the fit and look is quite attractive. Just wish that the bottom piece were a bit thinner so I could use it with a regular charger without taking off the cover. Covers come in two versions. Non slip and shinning surface which is slick. Have to be careful. Different colors make for a good choice sample.

Complete waste of money. This case won't protect your iPhone from anything. If you want an ill-fitting case made from cheap, brittle plastic, then by all means, this is the case for you!!!
The case hardly covers the back half of your phone. It doesn't really "snap" into place, either. I'm guessing a stiff breeze would knock this case off of your phone. I'd hate to see the damage that would occur if you dropped your phone in this case from a height of 5 inches onto a pile of pillows...
This item was $6.99 when I purchased it. Then add ~$5 for shipping. I wouldn't put this thing on my iPhone if they had paid me that $12. Also, it's pretty disappointing when you buy two things from a seller and you are charged $5 per item for S&H. Then said items are placed in the same padded envelope and sent via USPS. I know, I know, my fault for not fully reading the shipping info from the seller. And frankly, I wouldn't have cared if this product weren't so crappy. Buyer beware dude, buyer beware...
