Excellent Nov 21, 2010
By az3ry Bought this earlier this month and i found it excellent. Fits perfectly for iPhone 4. Was initially set aback as was quite tight to fit the phone in that i thought it almost didn't fit, but after leaving it for a while it fits perfectly now. Guess that's how it is with leather products..to expand? Product finishing is beautiful, and love the microfiber interior.
Chose this casing because i thought its a waste to use the normal "play-through" cases which exposes the screen through the case. With this leather case, i get a slim fit protection and can enjoy the beauty of the iPhone design everytime i pull it out :)

Great and stylish iphone case.... Apr 14, 2011
By W. Lee I purchased this case in Feb to go with my Verizon iPhone. It's an absolutely wonderful leather case. Nice grip on the phone and you can definitely tell that your phone is going to be protected...when it's in this case. Only problem is when the phone is not in the case but that's not the cases fault.
One thing I notice is that if you have a screen protector (like I do), the strap that pulls the phone out will leave an indentation right below the home button. This may not bother everybody, I'm just OCD and it annoys me the hell outta me.
Overall, it's a great case for those that like their phone naked. It'll do it's job and look good doing so.

Very nice, but not convinced it is leather Dec 22, 2010

I've been looking for the perfect iPhone 4 sleeve-style case for awhile now. I don't like putting bulky "always-on" cases on the phone because it is just so nice to hold and use bare. The Apple bumper was the closest thing to what I wanted but I always worried a little about the glass when going in and out of my pocket. I found many options for sleeves but this just seemed perfect.
First, the bad news: I'm not convinced this is genuine leather (as stated in the item description) at all. In fact, on the pack of the packaging it arrives in they use the word "leather" and the word "leatherette" to describe the material. Maybe the inside is genuine leather suede, but it could just be a microfiber material. The outside is almost definitely a leatherette, though. The texture just looks too much like an embossed pattern made to resemble leather. When I first removed the case from the packaging and for the first couple of days it had a terrible chemical smell to it; I really like the smell of leather and was a little disappointed by that. Also, there are no cutouts at the bottom for the speakers or a dock connector. Sure, you can turn the phone around and plug it in to charge but if you want to listen to music and charge simultaneously with the phone in the sleeve you're out of luck.
Now the good news. I don't really care that it isn't leather as long as it holds up, and the build quality seems pretty great. I actually imagined having a sleeve with a little pull tab to remove the phone long before I saw this case. Most sleeves require an awkward pinch and twist motion to get the phone out--the pull tab is superior to that method, no doubt. The case fits snug so I don't worry about my phone ejecting from the sleeve. It adds a little more bulk than just the Apple bumper when it is in my pocket but I can live with that bulk since I get to use the phone bare. It is also a pretty solid case and I suspect the drop protection will be very good.
Overall I can recommend the case, but don't expect to get leather if that's what you're looking for.

Caution if use with screen protector Aug 04, 2011
By Raen64 Excellent product but should not be used with the protective screen film, because the strip to remove the iphone affects the screen protector.

Plastic Box Jul 31, 2011
By Al This is actually a plastic box covered with very thin layer of fake leather, am not sure about its worthiness. Won't be using it.
